Phase 1
Assess
In the first phase of our interior design process, an assessment is conducted to gain a thorough understanding of the space and the clients requirements. We begin by analyzing the home’s layout, architecture, and existing decor, taking note of its strengths and weaknesses. We then proceed to discuss the client’s goals, preferences, and style to establish a game plan for the project. This phase is crucial in establishing a strong foundation for the design process. By getting a feel for the clients needs and wants, we then can create a cohesive design plan that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements, ultimately resulting in a space that feels personal, inviting, and functional.
Phase 2
Presentation
In the second phase of our process, we present you with design boards, sketches, and potential design options to the client. These materials serve as a visual representation of the proposed design and help the client understand the overall concept and feel of the space. We then work collaboratively with the client to select and refine the design elements, including color schemes, furniture and decor. Feedbacks is carefully considered and incorporated into this design plan to ensure it aligns with the client’s vision. Once the design has been finalized, the client signs off on the project, indicating their approval of the design direction. This phase is essential in establishing a clear and concise design plan and ensuring that the client is fully satisfied with the proposed design before moving forward with implementation.
Phase 3
Transition
Our third and final phase is the transformation phase, where the proposed design plan is brought to life through construction, purchasing, and installation. We work closely with contractions, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that every aspect of the design plan is executed flawlessly. This phase involves managing
timelines, budgets and logistics to ensure that the project is completed on time and within agreed budget. We maintain regular communication with the client throughout the process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. As the project comes to a close, we conduct a final walk-through with the client to endure that every aspect of the design has been executed to their satisfaction. This phase is critical in transforming the design plan into a beautiful and functional space that exceeds the client’s expectations.
